[Resolved]  Flipkart — received damaged product and replacement was rejected

I ordered a phone from flipkart, i received it on 12th aug 2019 but it was defected, it restarted automatically without any warning and multiple times in a day. So i claimed for replacement but my replacement request was rejected, flipkart customer support told me that it was because the technician told them that phone didn't had any issue. So i was told to reclaimed it and the same thing happened again.
The technicians were from jeeves and gave a fake review to flipkart which i have heard has happened with others too.
Even after that i made another complaint within the deadline of replacement policy, i was told that i will be provided the solution by 30 aug 2019 which was later postponed to 31 aug 2019, but its 2nd september now and i still have not received any call or email from flipkart and my issue remains unsolved.

yes same case happing with me also bro flipkart they are seller friendly not like amazon consumer friendly they will keep giving time see . better reslove here are go to head office .

Selling fake products and cheating customers,

Flipkart is doing whole ad and branding with refund structure and when I order a product and request for refund they say its not avaialbe.
