[Resolved]  Flipkart — received faulty product and when asked for refund not answering to the issue also not allowing to replacement

As i have ordered a mobile redmi note 5 rose gold and redmi note 5 gold but when i received there is fault in it so raised for replacement for redmi gold and refund for redmi rose gold because no refund option when asked with customer service no response. Later technician visited he is so rude and agreed that there is problem but cancelled my request with out my concern. When contacted with the customer service they said that they dont know about the seller and seller cancelled and they cannot contact seller. Know my money gone and mobiles are default. Kindly raise a complaint on mentally torturing and also selling faulty product and not agreeing to refund and replacement also on technician who was so rude as technician number is [protected] and he is from jeeves

As after complaining on the forum my issue got resolved as replacement of one product is done and also refund for the other product Thanks to consumer complaints
