[Resolved] Flipkart — Record phone not functioning return menu and home keys | |||
Timeline for flipkart ordering and its delivery: (1) 30-apr-17 : ordered a reliance lyf water 7s (Ord id:od[protected] (2) 04-may-17: recd a phone and started it but it's not functioning all three keys (3) 04-may-17: raised an issue to flipkart thru customer care and emails (4) 05-may-17: technician from flipkart came and confirmed status as i was saying (5) 11-may-17: a delivery boy came and said phone is damaged and didn't give me replacement phone and went (6) 11-may-17: again i raised this issue to customer care several times and emails to [protected]@flipkart.com and got a date i. E. 15-may-17 (7) 15-may-17: again i called customer care several times and emails to [protected]@flipkart.com and got 24hours time for replacement/refund Now, i am confused it was my mistake to buy from flipkart? 15 days and no result only dates? Is there any senior and managerial personnel to personally monitor/analyze such cases or not? Is this flipkart's policy to deliver defected products to customers and then forcing its customers to rot and suffer? Isn't there any measures to check whether and how Defected/damaged/empty products are being delivered to its' customers via flipkart's very platform? Who enjoy's the blunder, i don't know but who suffers that i know i. E. Me and like me, others, in simple terms flipkart's customers. At first i was ordering a phone thru amazon and ebay but in spite of my friends strict objection i opted for flipkart, is this my fault? No definitely its my sin. At last i just want to say a message to all customers; please only buy from amazon and ebay and not from others. Even a mobile shop is better also paytm is good, it fulfills its commitments. Verified Support May 22, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As promised, the product was picked up on 16 May 08:47 PM by the courier service provider. Thanks for being patient while we worked with the seller and courier service provider to ensure that the return is picked up on time.We have initiated refund of Rs. 7838 on 16th May 2017 and it would reflect within 8 business days.
