Flipkart — Refrigerator damaged product recived replacement still not given

I recently purchased a new Samsung refrigerator from Flipkart, and it was delivered to me after 22.04.2025. A Samsung service engineer visited my home on 24.04.2025, inspected the product, and found that the refrigerator box was damaged upon opening.

Despite identifying the damage, no action has been taken by either Samsung or Flipkart so far. I am extremely disappointed by the poor response and lack of responsibility from your engineer and service team.

It has been several days, and I am still waiting for a resolution. I would like to know:

When will the damaged product be replaced?

Why has there been no update or action from your side?

I have attached the invoice and photos of the damaged product for your reference. Please treat this as an urgent matter, as I have already waited too long.
