Hi, I have ordered a redmi note 4 by exchanging my lenovo a6000 phone, my order id - od[protected]. For concerning this order i want to let you know that the courier boy rejected my order and behave very rudely, one very minor scratch is there on my phone's corner side, and as per your t&c minor scratches can be ignored, besides of this thing everything is in perfect condition. Verified Support Aug 30, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that unable to avail the exchange offer. We apologized and informed if exchange product is not as per terms and conditions then shipment will not be delivered. Hence closing the case.
