Flipkart — Replacement Request rejected without solving Issue | |
Hi, This is to inform you that I am Soham Bhowmik, a customer of Flipkart. Recently I have bought a mobile Realme 7i (Order no OD[protected]. I received the product on 18th Oct, 2020. In this mobile I have facing one issue. I can't able to set up UPI setting due to switching to another platform from Google Pay or Paytm, PhonePe due to massage pop up. I am trying it on different phone it has been easily setup. For more details please find the attached Screen recording. Two times I have requested for replacement, but without solving my problem they are cancelled my replacement request. The technician of flipkart also admitted the problem with the phone but still rejected the replacement request. It's really harassing me. For this horrible experience, It was my last order on Flipkart. This is way, another time I am requesting you, Please solve my problem otherwise please refund my money.
