Dear flipkart team, This is ashish kumar mishra i got damaged symphony air cooler on 14 april 2018. After that technician visit it was approved by him dat product was damaged and then by your side product pick up date was 23april 2018. But very shame full things by your side dat product has not picked up till today. How is shameful service by your side. You have no successful communication with your courier partner.. And emi has also initiated by bank bajaj finserv. On 2nd may emi 2167rs will auto deduct from my account. How it is shameful service by flipkart. Customer is struggling and also hopeless. For that's types of services by customer has loosen trust on online product and dat worst types of services... So i want to say plz pickup the product as well as possible. Verified Support May 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on May 03, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
