Flipkart — Voltas 1 ton 3 star split AC (Regarding refund denial from company side)

Incident - Purchased AC online via flipkart app.

On 23.3.2021, I have ordered a Voltas 1 ton 3 star Split AC 123 DZX (R32).
On 29.3.2021 they have delivered a Voltas AC of different model.

I requested for replacement and they have told me the product is not available so i can return the product.

Then on 4.4.2021, I received a mail asking for Aadhar card or Pan card(which anyway linked to my aadhar card) front and back images and consent to share it with 3rd party within 48hrs. (Which is asked not to share by UIDAI itself).

Also an FIR form was sent to give consent to flipkart to take action against seller on my behalf. Which is totally irrelevant. Even the form is mobile or laptop. Why is it required for AC?

I sent them a reply mail on same day, that they are asking unnecessary details as id proof, as the return is going to take place in the same address where they delivered the product. Also i can't sign any FIR form but they must take back the wrong product and refund the amount.

No response from them for 2days and on 3rd day they have sent a mail that the return request is rejected due to not sharing id proof within 48hrs.

Now I have invoice for one model AC and have a totally different model AC with me. Even if i use the delivered product, with this bill I can't even claim any warranty in future.
I spent 29000 and why should I live with a product without warranty.
As a customer why should i go through all this for their mistake. This is causing me mental agony.

Again I have raised a return request through app and asked for refund. I want return and refund done without disclosing my Aadhar details as well as without signing FIR form.

If it is needed, I can show my id proof to the delivery personnel comes for pick up. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?
