I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the installation delay for the following order:

Delivery Date: 19 May 2025 (as scheduled and promised)
Installation & Demo (Promised Date): 20 May 2025
Despite the assurance that installation would be completed on 20 May, no technician has visited. Instead, a demo cancellation was communicated without any prior consultation or consent from my end. I was later informed that the installation would occur within 2–5 days—however, it is now 23 May, and no action has been taken.
I raised this concern with your representative, Ms. Nishika Mittal, who acknowledged the issue and assured that installation would be completed before 26 May. I wish to highlight that this date is dangerously close to the replacement policy deadline, and I fear any further delays could make me ineligible for replacement if required.
Additionally, I must point out:
I have purchased this appliance on **EMI**, which adds financial stress given the lack o[censored]sability.
LG’s warranty terms require professional installation**, and self-installation may void the warranty.
