Flipkart — Whirlpool refrigerator not working

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on flipkart through seller bathla teletech pvt ltd. It got delivered on 22nd of may by evening. After the installation the refrigerator's cooling system is not working from the day one. I requested for replacement on 24th. Then they scheduled technician visit on or before 28th of may. Till today no technician visit or nothing is done. I am calling flipkart customer service from 29th. They are saying we will escalate to higher executives. But no solution. 2nd of june i called and asked for enquiring. They are you only rescheduled the technician visit. But no date mentioned for it. The technician team has not called me till today. But they are saying you rescheduled it. Daily they are saying our team will reach you before this day that day. They are saying like this only.

An executive called me today at 3 o'clock around. He said that he called me by seeing this post on this website and he will call back tomorrow at the same time and promised he will solve the problem. Let's see what happens and for how many days they will drag this matter.

Already 3 days are over. But no response nothing from Flipkart. It's better to do something other than calling or waiting for their calls, mails. I think they will me make to wait for months and says your replacement request is rejected.

I ordered one Samsung (32 inch) HD Ready LED TV from Flipkart on 11th of August 2020 and the seller was Bathla teletech Pvt Ltd.

Unfortunately just after a month, the TV is not working properly, The screen becomes blurry after some time. It looks like a duplicate of Samsung. Now the picture quality also becomes very dull.

I am trying to call Flipkart customer care ([protected]), but they are not responding properly. They are saying cos you completed a month your complaint is in 4th stage and you should direct contact to Bathla as they were the seller.

Now I started calling both, but not getting any positive response from anyone. I am requesting you all, please stay away from Flipkart as this is a fraudulent company, who don't care about their customers.

I have received damage product by seller after complaint not any action taken for flipkart side .I am very disappointed by flipkart customer support
