Flipkart — Wrong product product not replaced | |||||
Return Id=[protected] Email id=[protected]@gmail.com Product sent by=RetailNet Ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 310 on 13th FEB but received a Lenovo Ideapad 110. Applied for replacement on 21st FEB but havent received the actual product till now. Technician visit was scheduled by 27th FEB but no Technician visit happened till now. They all are extending the receiving date saying the problem has not been solved. But it has come to be a MONTH. If they cant replace the WRONG product with the original one then it is requested to refund the money soon. We cant wait for any more days. It is a product of Rs 47000. So please do not try to cheat your customers. I havent thought that this type of problems will arise while shopping in flipkart before. So kindly investigate the problem and solve it as soon as possible. The same complaint has been filed before but they are not resolving the matter. Flipkart is cheating customers with the help of RetailNet. P.S.= Amazon.in is much better than Flipkart in solving this type of problems. Was this information helpful? | |||||
