I have not received my courier no.10592467 booked on 27/06/2011 from Kashmere gate,DELHI scheduled to reach DEHRADUN,till now[07/07/2011].I have been calling their Delhi office since a week.They tell me that they have despatched the courier the same day.They have provided me with telephone numbers of Dehradun office.When I called at these numbers,their numbers do not exist at all.Also they have provided bogus telephone numbers of Dehradun office on their Website.When I tried to approach their office at Dehradun,I found out that there is no office at the Address provided by them.

ThIs is to inform that all Pvt courier services neither have any code of conduct laid for them nor they have a set of rules to follow.Hence,the consumers are at receiving end all the time.

I had sent a courier through this courier service called Flyking Courier Service Pvt Ltd which makes amazing claims about their services both domestic & international.But when u try to track yr courier online their is no details of the same even after 10 days since the time of the courier is sent.When u try to contact their branches ,they suggest u call the Head Office,the Head office will suggest u to call at their customer care,the cluless customer care will ask u to contact the person incharge at the place u have sent yr courier, well u r left with no choice than to keep calling the whole day (they think u r jobless for sure)& after loads of calls when u get in touch with the person @ an STD call,he will not talk straight but take all details from u & then simply ask u to call after 2 hrs..n mater whenever u call...that is his standard answer to one & all.After 2 hrs he tells me,if it is possible i will send the courier today or else tommorrow.Even when u have been calling him since morning & telling him ,its urgent ..that is his reply to you...the reason he doesnt want to deliver today is that area is too far.....& after u requst him...he tells me that if its so urgent why dont u tell yr people to collect from our office.Wow! amazing thts what a courier service is meant for?! Isnt it?!

When u try to reach thier heads ,the lower supervisors have been very well instructed not to ever let any complaint reach the head.The head of the departments are either too busy or just not bothered to check the reality.

I would like to give details of the concerned person who had nothing to do with either his service or company neither did he bother to do the needful even after 10 days of so much of follow up.
The name of the employee at Jamshedpur (State:Jharkhan)branch was Mr.RAKESH/ MR. KAILASH AGARWAL

I request all the consumers out there never to trust courier service called Flyking Courier Service Pvt Ltd.& request the government to lay down some norms for such services which is mandatory fro them to follow wherein the customer is not at the mercy of such irresponsible people.

In my case it did not cost me much than mental harrassment but it might cost someone's career,someone's life & someone's family lives.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by this courier (Flyking Courier Services Pvt. Ltd) company. I wanted to receive some important parcel from my home, so my brother couriered them from this company the consignment # is 57922087, but after 6 days of drama created by the company I have not received the parcel and my brother was told to collect it back as the area of courier is out of service. The courier details are below:

Courier was from Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to Pune (Maharashtra).
Date of courier was: 4th May 2011
Date the parcel is returned back to us: 11th May 2011

So as per the reason provided the area is out of service i.e. they’re not responsible for delivering parcels to this area. So why this has come after 6 days of drama; why not you have rejected the parcel on first day saying the same reason of out of service?

This has really harassed me and my brother as a consumer; we have lost our faith in the services this company provides.

Also when today my brother went to the courier person to take the parcel back, they gave him the parcel and didn’t return the money back. On asking for the money back they gave some false reasons like give us the original slip etc. What they’ll do with the original slip??? (I guess they wanted to hide there mistake, because I told them in telephonic conversation that I’ll make a complain about there service)

If they are not able to deliver a courier, why they eating people’s money and time.

This is really not acceptable and I want my money back and also the compensation for the harassment caused to me and my brother (I called to the customer care at Raipur 8-10 times, but got no response; I want these telephone charges also).
Also I talked to one of the senior guy named Mr. Nair (of Raipur branch, his cell no is [protected]); and he refused to provide me the compensation and also talked to me in a very rude manner, and told me that if you want to complain go, but we cannot help you. This is really not acceptable.


So please provide me the resolution to this concern ASAP due to which I have suffered mental harassment.

I sent an important Parcel for my Native place Ballia in UP from Bangalore through FlyKing Courier Services on 25th Apr 2011 but the courier is not received to my native place till 2nd May 2011. However while collecting the courier FlyKing representative committed that courier will be received on third day but its already 8 days over.

My courier dated 02/04/11 POD no. 34175809, dispatched from B.S.City has not reached ever 07/04/11. I tried calling their NOIDA official so many times. But, he gave poor responses. above all, he cut my phone in between just to escape hassle as he failed to give service. I missed my money due to them but they are not responding well. I advise everyone not to use this courier service because they do not value their commitment.

i had booked a consignment in flyking couriers from durgapur branch C.No.[protected] on 23.03.2011 which was to be delivered to BHOPAL,HOSHANGABAD-461001 but till now it has remained undelivered and they are not able to locate it and giving me dates after dates for its delivery ,keeping me in the dark side.please look into it.i am helpless

Dear Sirs,I Nitin Jain , travelled thru your airlines from Delhi to Kolkatta flight no. IT 603 on dt. 06.07.10 with PNR number HQJNZW and purchased Dona Karen watch roughly costing more than Rs. 4500/-. I paid thru credit card. I am facing problem in the watch like jewelery studs placed on the watch dial has come out and due to which watch also gets stop.

I wrote this complaint to Fly kingfisher mail id "[protected]@flykingfisher.com" about this complaint on 9.12.10 and got one reply with complaint ID no. 309398 with the note that it is under investigation and will be get a response shortly, even after that i have already sent 2 reminders and didnot recieve any resonse for that.

I would like you to please intervene in the matter and get this resolved. This buy is under warranty and looking forward to hear from you to do the needful for this warranty failure.

I Ajay Kumar Yadav had send a courier on 20/09/2010 by Flyking Courier from Dalli Rajhara Distt- Durg(Chhattisgarh) to Mughalsarai (U.P.)Consignment No[protected].The courier has not reached to the destination till 01/10/2010,when I enquired in the official website of Flyking courier the status of courier it was found that the courier had reached the Varanasi office of Flyking courier on 28/09/2010.My representative (receiver of courier) at Mughalsarai went to Varanasi on 01/10/2010 to receive the courier(Actually it is company ‘s duty to deliver).The owner of Flyking courier office very at Varanasi told to my representative that your courier has been taken by delivery boy since last four days and he is also absent thereafter( from last four days).He gave the mobile number of delivery boy to my representative and told him to make a phone call to that boy.During telephonic conversation that delivery boy said”I will not delivery your courier,if you need it come to my house”.Also he talked very rudly with my representative.The courier consisted of a Religious item(Tabij & Jiutiya).This item was required for a religious work to be done on 01/10/2010,but could not be performed due to non receipt of courier.

I was to receive an important document from Kolkata via POD no 31805966 dispatched on 17th August 2010. Till date ie.27th August , i have not received the same. I have been following up with offices of the courier company in Kolkata & faridabad. But i have not got any response from them. they both keep blaiming each. faridabad office says Kolkata has dispatched but we have not received. Kolkata office says they have dispatched but they have no clue where the document is.

Basically the company has no clue. It had very urgent & important document. I have to travel abroad & need that consignment but the company is failing to listen to the customer. The company seems to have lost the packet in transit but is not owning the responsibility. There could be a major financial loss due to the behavior of the courier company.

Can i please look for some help from you

I booked 2 rakhi parcels at Bangalore on Friday, 20th August, for pick up from residence by a person called Vishwanath from Chikpeth office. He finally arrived for collection on Saturday late afternoon, 21st August after several reminders!!! This parcel was booked only upon assurance and confirmation to be delivered to :

* Ahmadabad on Monday, 23rd August, C Note no: 30153404. When it did not reach untill monday evening I tried calling the branch office, head office and spoke to various people including Vishwanath and no one gave me a clear picture about the delivery. I franatically called Lokesh & Vijay kumar, who happens to be the MD and again they kept dilly dallying by saying that it will be delivered by afternoon on tuesday, then again in evening and faliure to this they stopped responding to my calls.
* Indore, M.P. on Tuesday morning, 24th August. C Note no: 30153405 .The same story as above was repeated for this consignment also.

So even after doing rounds of your office in Jayanagar, Bangalore and calling up on all possible numbers in Bangalore & Ahmadabad, it yielded no results.
Finally, I pulled out all other Ahmadabad nos from internet and upon calling them in Sarangpur, they have asked me to arrange for pickup since its 2kgs!! Lastly, it was picked up by my relative from some venus courier after checking it for hours on road from Mr Mahesh..... in Ahmadabad!

Regarding Indore consignment, I still have no clue and there is no one who could be arranged for a personal pickup from my end....
These people at Flyking courier are extremely rude, make false promises and when they goo[censored]p either start abusing customers upon questioning them or disconnect calls.

I am writing this complaint after making them several calls, registering online complaints and doing all possible efforts to track my Indore parcel.
Hope a strict action is taken to handle such issues witht this fraud courier setup and against staff involved.

I was suppose to get a parcel from flyking which was done on 1-Jun-2010 and it didnt get deliver to me till yesterday [22-July-2010]. Today I got a call from their jayanagar branch office, Bangalore, that your parcel has arrived and they cannot deliver it to my address and I have to collect it myself else It will just lay their and flyking will not deliver it. When I went there to collect it, My 4500/- worth parcel was found fully broken. I called their head office to complaint but nobody co-operated. Firstly I have to spend so much of money to get it and I got that completely broken.
I have the purchase reciept for the parcel and the SNAPS of the broken parcel kept in their office.
I have not collected it, as it is of no use to me or anybody.

Please help me get justice.

i sent a letter by your courier on 15/03/2010.the letter was not delivered & same returned telling that your phone no was not written.after discussion of the matter they again sent it to patna with phone no. on the letter on 19/03/10. again the letter was not delivered & when i enquired they told we will tell you after contacting our counter part.after making three rounds they didnot tell anything & made hot discussion with me by telling that whatever you want to do you go & do we will see what yoy can do.
i got embrassed & came.i want ,they should be asked why they did so & tell me sorry for whatever they have done.

I was travelling from Lucknow to Ahmedabad via Delhi by Fly kingfisher(Kingfisher Red) on 15th January '10.When I inquire at Lucknow Airport at kingfisher counter they say that you will have to change the flight from Delhi.There was no announcement in the flight while flying from Lucknow to Delhi by Air hostes or staffmembers of the plane.So, after lending at Delhi Airport I came out of Arrival terminal and reentered by Departure terminal which took approximately 15-20 minutes including security check.The moment I reach at gate the Kinfisher Red staff(Lady) said now you can not board as flight doors are close.We argued with the staff and the staff took us to Manager kinfisher at Delhi Airport and she said either you stay here for the next day evening or I will issue the refund receipt which your agent will claim for refund.With this commitment I inquired at other Airlines to travel to Ahmedabad.The moment I booked my ticket from Spice Jet which is opposite to Kingfisher counter on Delhi Airport and went to Kingfisher Manager to issue refund receipt she turned her face and replied that Now we can not give you the refund receipt as it is your fault.

I hail from Orissa and work in Banglore and stay in Bellandur location. A packet of wedding card which my brother had sent to me to be distributed to my friends and collegues in banglore with consignment no[protected] about 4 days back. While tracking and contacting with the Banglore office I was told that it has been returned back since they don't have a branch near to my location (ie, Bellandur in banglore). But, ideally they should have contacted me so that, i could have collected the packet or they could have sent it to the nearest branch in Banglore. In Banglore itself they have numerous branches and they could have approached in better way instead of sending the packet back. The marriage date is very near and the time lost in this hassle is very crucial - who is going to pay it back?

Expecting a fair action against such costly negligence from Flyking.

Flyking Courier Service is Worst, Pathetic, Fraud and Hoax.

I was sent a Parcel from my friend in Dhulia, Maharashtra consignment no. 66166585. on 27th November 2009 and he was assured that the Parcel would reach the receiver at Rourkela, Orissa within 4-5 days at the most 6 days. But to my horror the parcel has not reached me yet. Its been more than 10 days and I dont know where the parcel has gone missing. My friend and I are calling the Local Flyking Courier Service office's in our respective towns but they have no idea where the parcel is. No matter how many times we have called the local offices to find out about the status of the Parcel. We are asked to call back again tomorrow.

Regarding their website, I believe its completely fake. I cannot trace my consignment no. it holds no record in their database. I've written so many Complaints to the customer care in the past 4 days but to my despair I have not received a single call from the Customer support, when they claim our problems will be attended with in 24 hours. I've also Emailed my problem to the following Email ids to which I have not received a single reply ....

My brother booked me a train ticket for Yeshvantpur - Howrah for 15th July, 2009 from Raigarh, Chhatisgarh. He booked the ticket and sent me the ticket to Bangalore on 10th July, 2009 through Flyking courier service. But the courier didn, t reach me till date and they also have no clue where the courier is. Their website shows a track n trace page which shows nothing once you put your consignment number on it.

So here by I want to file my complaint against this courier service
