Food Panda — not got refund after 2 weeks even

I had placed an order from dominos using food panda app on 15th september 2018 but the order was never delivered. The app is showing the status as delivered which is ridiculous. The dominos people are saying they have processed the refund but i still haven't got it. They asked me to talk to foodpanda but they are not replying to my mails. When will i recieve my refund?

Updated by sammy25 Even their app is not working. Am not able to see the details of the order neither able to start a chat with support team. Its showing some error occurred since a week.

Not received food after 3 hours of placing the order. but, money had been deducted from my paytm account the support by the app is not working and they aren't responding to it

My order from foodpanda is not delivered, and my money is also gone they dont have any number to contact delivery boys number is also not valid. and order Pickup time and delivery time is exactly same which is impossible unless delivery boy is god.

Foodpanda had a offer under which I had ordered a classic strawberry shake from FLRT (Fort) bearing order id b9ng-t9pa. The cheaters said they had delivered the food without actually delivering. I have the call recordings from the delivery guy accepting the fact that he hadn't delivered.
