Food Panda — refund amount of 70 rs due to change in menu | |||
This is my reference number. The complaint was loged on 23rd novemeber for the refund amouny of 70 rs.. After 10 days i have talked to them on chat twice..[protected]. This is the reference number.. Everytime i get the assurance that money will be credited into paytm wallet very soon.. Yesterday i was being told that i will rcv the money within an hour.. It been more than 18 days i havent rcvd the money Was this information helpful? | |||

You morons, if any product has been discontinued by the restaurant you should mention it on your bloody site. It's your responsibility. The whole order of customer ruins and the worst part is you guys are not even ashamed! Better shut this app and start using zomato!
