Food Panda — support informs that they will not deliver after 3 hrs from when i ordered

Kept waiting for delivery guy to pick up
Contacted customer support thrice
All they did was assign a delivery guy
Delivery agent's name: vajeed vahid shaikh
Ph no: [protected]
When contacted, delivery guy said me to cancel the order and that he wont deliver!
Support said that they will be glad to cancel it
Horribly non-cooperative support
And terrible delivery agents
To think i ordered at 5pm and it got picked up at 8pm!!!

I paid the amount through paytm. Now it's 5:45 is still didn't received my order or refund of my payment.
