Same issue happened me also, one day i was traveling to kochi from thrissur suddenly my car (figo zxi) making big noise and missing of engine and suddenly stopped in the road. afterwards i called kairali ford services angamaly, they said to bring the car by toe van.Once i reached service centre they inspect the car and found the 1 injector showing mild and 2 injector showing compleetly fault .
The service engineer recommend to change the injectors, I was get shock because the injector is very expensive, around 20k for each, however i changed both.
While coming back from service centre one time i faced same type of missing issue, again i spoked to the engineer he told its no worry its a usual thing after replacing the part.
Next day when i start my car i got same problem, i understand its not resolved, i take the car in a toe van and go back to service station, after 3-4 hours they said some problem with EGR and need to replace, its cost around 24 K, i was get mad and ask them to change, after replacing the EGR again showing the same missing.
Actually the stupids service peope (Kairali Ford Kerala) not able diagnosis what is the exact problem with the car. Easly they said to me " beter sell the car".
Finaly i was frustrated, i sold my car on 2Lakhs.(Remember the new car is around 6.3 Lakhs)
What i learn from my experience never ever by Ford because its purely English man's car, you can say its brand however there is no resale value and quality, all spares are very expensive and never ever get from out side shope.show room people also not train to fix the issues.
All other brands like Swift, vista, punto, Chevrolet selling their injector on Rs.3800.You can imagine almost what a huge difference.All ford TDCI engines are absolutely failure and i never recommend any one to buy this "American ###"

Say no to FORD. We have Ford Fogo 2012 model and run upto about 37000 Kms only. Already changed the injectors 5 time!

have purchased Ford Ecosport in coimbatore, India.as on march 2013. I was very satisfied with Ford, by its Performance & Reputation among all other Class vehicles in India. I was using Ford F regularly & haven’t noticed any major issues except Flat Tire Replacement, minor Repair etc. Couple of days back, I have noticed a Malfunction Notification (Yellow color), which was appeared while driving. Suddenly I have stopped the vehicle & called Ford Service Center & they have suggested me to take the vehicle to Ford Service Center with immediate effect. After reaching there, the technician described me that Engine Fuel Injectors are not functioning & shall be replaced with the new & costs near about 80, 000Rs. I never expected this type of serious problem within 1 year Duration / 79, 000Kms Usage. Officially I have registered a complaint with Ford. Perhaps after calling several times, I was not able to get any proper reply from Ford Customer Care & very upset with their customer dealings. Hence in order to find a solution for this issue, I was obliged to write a mail to you about the captioned subject. It is very unusual that Fuel Injectors Failure happened so early (5 / 79, 000Kms.) with World’s Most Reputed Automobile Company - Ford. I am very upset with Ford & not ready to bear 80, 000Rs cost for this unacceptable reason. I am expecting your favorable reply with immediate effect, or else I will publish this issue in Internet & recommend not to buy any Ford Vehicles. vehicle numberd tn 74 af 3132.

I too face the same problem with injector,
Three if them i have changed.
Now again same complaint coming up.
I feel like cheated.
Related this now turbocharger too looks weak.
No power in the engine while ac is on,
Too much vibration and etc.
My car 2012 model diesel.
160000 odo.

Note: So called Ford authorised service centres do not even have the facility (Test bench/Equipment) to diagnose and repair such costly parts. They simply wants replacements and costs us a fortune.
Extremely disappointed with the Brand and people. I would never choose ford in my life.
