Ford India — Worst Service and Cheap Quality

Hai all this is a small review /feedback or Experience with FORD for all the ford customer or those who are planning to buy a FORD car. My name is Balu James and am from kerala I was using ford car for the past 5 years, first I was using the old Ford Figo and after that I bought the New figo when the time of purchase the ford company is making such a great impression about the car and the company they claim are the best company and as an American company they don’t compromise in service and quality and they will be very happy to serve you. But in my experience, I had many BAD Experience from Ford company and Ford Dealership. I used to do my car regular service done before the time or kilometre which the ford assist us to do. My first worst experience with ford Dealer ( MALAYALAM FORD ) in Ernakulam District. My last service was done with the Malayalam Ford Dealer in Ernakulam in 19000 something Kilometre and they said everything is fine a and perfect, they claim that they will check all the part when the time of service and they will mark the condition of parts in their service paper which we got last at the time of delivery, in that my break pad condition was excellent. After that within 5000 or 6000 kilometre one day I head a sound from my wheel side and the very next day I have called Malayalam Ford service adviser he said it may be because of dust in break pad coz its only done 5k or 6k km from the past service and he added better don’t take the car he assist me to call the emergency service and I did the same, they tow my car nd drop it to the near service station tat is Kairali ford Ettumanoor. From their inspection they said my car’s break pad is fully done and in effect to tat my car’s break pad Rotter was also ruined in both side and even the kairali service advisor in said that same tat it won’t get damage within 5k or 6k after the last service. It happened because I last service they may not check it properly if they checked then it would be in yellow position but they have given you in green that means everything is fine. So I called the service manager in MALAYALAM Ford for ask him about this and he said he will be checking and get me back within in a minimum time, now its more than one month he never called me or didn’t get any response from the dealer side as well as from the company side this is the attitude or service providing from the Ford Company and Dealers in Kerala.

That was my Experience with the ford Dealer and I was thinking it is the problem with the dealer only but the FORD Company itself is doing the same to their customer after tat an incident happened on 7th June 2017 I was in a hurry to attend a meeting unfortunately my tyre got flat on NH47 at 10:15 nit and I tried change they tyre by myself like everyone do but I couldn’t change the tyre by myself because the company given wheel spanner was not at all matching or compatible for my car wheel nut. I Immediately called the Ford Road Side Assistants regarding my complaint and they attend the call very well first and I explained everything and I clearly mentioned that company provided wheel spanner is not matching my car’s wheel so said plz arrange a mechanic accordingly after one hour a person came to place without any tool or literally barehanded and he simply said the spanner is nor working sir and he gone then its about 11:30 pm after tat I again called the RSA (Ford Road Side Assistants) for the help and they said so will arrange a Tow Service but I have to give a concern that they will be coming with a front tow up vehicle so if something happened to my car bumper or anything when the time of towing the responsibility was only mine so I said no because as an owner I wont give any permission or concern that its my responsibility if anything happened to the parts of my car and I said to the RSA that there is no other problem with my car only front tyre is flat so if you provide a flat bed service it world be great by tat time the RSA guy tone changed and said me in a harsh way you have to say whether you need the service or not I said if you provide a flat bed towing service its ok otherwise I wont he said will discuss and call u back after tat I waited for around 1.5 Hr till then no one came and I was stuck on the middle NH47 HIGHWAY on a bridge too after that I called them again and asked about the status he said a the towing guy came to me and I said no that was the response form the RSA I said no one came to my side with any vehicle then he asked me to wait and again, after tat he call me back and said the towing vehicle got breakdown so no other service is possible to provide at that time other wise I have to wait till morning so tat they can arrange another service or I have to find one by myself and it was 2am by tat time they I checked online and got Bajaj Alliance Road side assistance service I called them and they came without any kind of question they came by 3: 45 am and drop my car to the nearest service station by 4am. So because of this I was not able to go back home and my meeting was cancelled and I have to take a hotel. so the very next day I have contacted the Ford Customer care service regarding the complaint and service which I got from the Ford they person who took the call was very polite and he said sorry for what happed and within 24 hour they will be a call back from their side regarding this and after 24 hour I got a mail that when they tried to contact me I was not in the range then after tat there is no response from their side so I contacted them again on 16th of this month and he listen to all the concern and he said he will be raising a concern with above and the new and he said the same dialogue within 24hr our senior agent will be calling you regarding the concern and solve the problem after tat there was no response from the ford side then I again called them in 19th tat was yesterday then tat guy listen to everything and he said he will be transferring the call to their senior agent and I spoke to him and he said got all the point and he will be calling me back within 24 hour other wise you can go with the social media stuff and all now its more than 24 hour that’s why am forced to write this big letter or review. I don’t know why as an American company FORD is behaving like this to their customer and the sad thing was the quality of FORD car is getting cheaper and cheaper. Even the service is going worse I didn’t even get a replacement for the wheel spanner or any kind of reimbursement for my Lose happened on tat day so as an existing customer of ford I suggest the people to opt for any other car even I thing Tata motors is giving much better service. Ford customer should make sure everything is working or matching properly coz for me there was enough network coverage in that area and thank god I was not with my family too if someone got stuck like this where there is no one to help and no network coverage what will be the condition to him, it will be the worst thing that happening to a customer . Even I got irritated standing in the middle of the road at night till 4am in the morning so if you are planning to buy a ford car please think of it and even I was thinking to sell my car Thank you FORD for giving such a wonderful experience

I was giving my car to ford amritsar...problem is noise in tyres during break...they asking for new barring...they says part is not in amritsar we send request to the centres where part is available...7 days past ...now im suffering...is it your service.
