[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — I have not received my diploma

I completed my training in 2018 and I am working as a Cabin crew as well and it's been 3 years now that I have not received my diploma, I am applying for international airlines now and they need my diploma.
Also I took loan from bank to do this training and bank is asking for diploma too.
I visited the branch as well in South extension part 2 but they did nothing about it.
I need my diploma as soon as possible.
