Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — Need to refund my money due to grandmother critical situation

I visited frankfinn institution there employee told if you pay within due date you will get discount in full payment i was yet to decide only but due to last day the forced me to pay this is your last day otherwise your won't get you seat. I lend it from financer and i paid rs.15000 admission fee through online transaction, but i didn't atten single classes due to my grandmother is not well she is in very critical condition and i went to office and ask for refund they denied to refund stating that amount was settled to head office i even submit your grandmother medical documents even i didn't receive the refund yet, kindly help me to refund back my money. But the frankfinn institute didn't told me that before paying once you paid it cannot be refunded it there employee mistake. So i requested you to please please refund my money rs.15000 i need it urgently it's more important for us in this situation. I'm paying interest to financier by doing zomato and picking packing work so please refund my money back. If you don't believe me i will submit my grandmother's hospital details.
