Dear sir/madam

This letter servers as a formal request for a refund of registration and admission fees that i submitted to your branch at kapoorthala during the procedure of registration and admission formalities

After the counselling session, i was selected to purchase 11months vocational training course-frankfinn skills development training course aviation, hospitality travel and customer services, i paid 15, 000 registration fee .

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I request many time for refund my money but she has not tell me any refundable/non-refundable policy earlier

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, i request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me my total amount of 15, 000 so that i can bear the expenses of my further education

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that i had paid.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund within 2 to 3 days

I have been having trouble with a manager for quite some time. She frustrates too much that I feel like committing suicide. My name is Karishma Sisodiya, I have been working in Frankfinn Institute for less than 5 years, 3.5 years in the call center department, 1 year ago I was transferred to the head office, where the manager is Puspleen Kaur Sodhi sales manager, she bothers everyone a lot but A few days ago, I forgot to punch out but she didn't approve my leave or she started taking revenge on me for speaking a little too much. In anger, he changed the department and started harassing me or said that if you want to work, you have to do it with me, otherwise you can resign. Give work pressure again and again. And also said if you go to the washroom you have to tell me where to go. She created such a situation was created that I had to leave the place myself. Or many employees leave our team only for this reason. I went to HR for help, they did not listen to me, I went to GM Ravi Sharma, they did not even listen. Management is so useless that not even an employee is listened to. Please take strict action against them so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

फिर मैंने (30 अक्टूबर 2023) को बैच स्टार्ट फीस - 23, 000 (सुबह 9:30 बजे) बाकी का फीस जमा करने के लिए बुलाया गया था जिसकी कुल फीस थी ₹1'65000
परामर्श सत्र के बाद, मुझे 30, अक्टूबर 2023 को 11 महीने के व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम- फ्रैंकफिन पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कोर्स सर्टिफिकेशन कोर्स इन एविएशन, हॉस्पिटैलिटी ट्रैवल मैनेजमेंट (FCAHTM) के लिए चुना गया, और फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट को कुल 15.000 हजार की राशि का भुगतान किया।

Hi my name is Diyang Lepcha. I had applied for Frankinn Aviation course and it was all a quick decision. We paid 15000 rupees through Paytm and I've not started my classes yet. I was supposed to start my classes from November but now after thinking for a while I'm going to cancel my course. Actually I'm going to finish with my graduation and after that I'll think about joining your institution. I contacted the office but they keep saying it's not possible while I know it's possible as I have not even started my classes. I need my money back, it's my parent's hard earned money so I hope I'll get my money refunded.

I visited frankfinn institution there employee told if you pay within due date you will get discount in full payment i was yet to decide only but due to last day the forced me to pay this is your last day otherwise your won't get you seat. I lend it from financer and i paid rs.15000 admission fee through online transaction, but i didn't atten single classes due to my grandmother is not well she is in very critical condition and...

I did my registration on Saturday 23 September 2023 with 15 thousand afterwards because of some family issue i didn't want to get admitted in that institute I arrived there after 2 days for my refund but they're saying that they won't return my money back i haven't taken even a single day classes i haven't got any benifits form providing my money to frankfinn

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. But after few days, i will decides to cancel that admission process due to financial problems in my family.To solving this financial problem i want to get my amount from Frankfinn Institute.

I had called and informed to frankfinn pune i dont get any updates and she has not tell any refundable and non refundable policy earlier and at the time of counselling. And when i talk to the mam she also denied to pay back that (15, 000) that actually a big amount to me and my parents because we are belings to poor family our financial condition is too week. Have made admission of the student and got fee structure details by Mr. Kevin Rajesh. I've agreed to proceed with student loan as Rajesh mentioned the repayment of the loan can be made by student after the course completion. Followed by that discussion, went through all the formalities of varthana for loan sanction. Later it is mentioned that the loan has to be paid by myself not the student.

I am suffering from asthama my doctor said no for airhostess training for some years I want my registration money back

This letter serves as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to (23Aug, 2023) frankfinn Institute at jaipur during the procedure of registration and admission fee. I submitted 15000 on 1:07 PM in afternoon.

After the counselling session, i was selected to pursue 6 months vocational course- Frankfinn Post graduate course certification course in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 23rd Aug 2023, and paid a total amount of 15 thousand to Frankfinn Institute.

But after one day, i will decides to cancel that admission process due to financial problems in my family because my parents don't allow me to join the Institute To solving this financial problem i want to get my amount from Frankfinn Institute. And i want to continue my further studies as well as taking coaching classes. So that’s why
I was not able to join this course because of my personal issues which I mentioned above.
I had visited and submitted application and registration fee to the Frankfinn Institute at jaipur but i dont get any updates and she has not tell any refundable and non refundable policy earlier and at the time of counselling also they give me the receipt after do days of payment which is a soft copy. And even i didn't attend any singal class or consume anything no products and no service And when i talk to the mam she also denied to pay back that (15, 000) that actually a big amount to me and my parents because we are belongs to poor family our financial condition is too week. It is means to a lots for me and my further studies.
Belongings from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me, therefore I requested you to cancel my admission from your prestigious institute ( Frankfinn Institute at Bhubaneswar) and kindly refund my admission fee (15, 000) so that i can bear the expense for my further studies.

I attached some documents with a bank receipts of the payment that i had paid at 23rd Aug, 2023.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

Please please help me i can't bear this loss I need my money back as soon as possible please understand my problem I am in a very bad situation right now.

I am Arpita Mehra from jaipur, on 23 August 2023 I visited frankfinn Institute jaipur center for the counciling where they explain about the admission process and so i thought that i will joine this Institute for making my career and i pay the registration Fee of 15000 but they didn't tell me that this is non refundable and also they don't give any receipt I have made payment via online transaction but later due to some family issue and financial condition I change my mind because I can't pay the remaining fee so on 25 August 2023 I again visit to the frankfinn center and than they give me the payment receipt on what's app as a soft copy but i want my money back it's a huge amount 15000 for me and my family please help me 😭🙏 I can't bear this loss I have many problems already in my life that's why I take quick decision for my career and made a foolish mistake but i swear this is out of my knowledge that the registration fee is non refundable I didn't attend any single classes or consume any thing of the frankfinn so please give back my money I request to you please solve my problem otherwise something really sad happen in my life.
