My name is Puja Boro and my complaint is against frankfinn institute of Airhostess Tranning Guwahati-Assam, I paid them almost 39, 400
*Admission fee 52300
*Registration fee 5700
* Monthly fee 14000
As I dreamt to be an Airhostess so went their just for enquiry but their false promises and suger coated words made me fall into their trapped and I took admission their but only after few days I decided not to continue with the course because they were asking for money frequently and our financial status is not good so I decided not to continue and informed to the institute and asked to refund them my amount but their behaviour and response was worst. I went to them for my refund several times but still they didn't refunding my amount. It's a huge amount for us and matters alot. So I request to the team consumer complaint forum to solve my refund issue.
Their are many more students who are facing the same please solve their problems too.
