Respected Sir / Madam,
This is regarding withdrawal of my admission application & refund of the prepaid fees.
I, Diptishree Pattanaik, had applied for a course at Frankfinn's online website during the last week of April-2022, [My student ref no - FLAT/BHU/22-23/53]and got a callback from Mr. Manmeeth Singh (ph.no.[protected]) of Frankfinn.
As per instructions given by Mr. Manmeeth I was initially asked to pay Rs. 22, 000 at the Frankfinn institute, Maharshi College Road, Shaheed nagar branch but after personal visit, I was instructed to make an advance payment of Rs. 26, 000 towards application which I paid on 30.04.2022 to madhusmita Mam-[protected], mail id:madhusmita.[protected]@frankfinn.com at the said branch.
"Rs. 9, 900+Rs. 5, 100" via Phonepe & Rs. 11, 000 in cash, receipt for cash payment was not given as there was some server issue as told by Madhusmita mam.
Furthermore, I was told that the said course is covered under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) but no grant/govt. aid/ fees relaxation was provided under the said scheme at the time of registration.
Madhusmita Mam had told me that classes will start by 6th of May, 2022 and they shall inform me beforehand regarding the same.
However, I received a call from Madhusmita mem on 09.05.2022 for an additional payment of Rs. 12, 000 which i did not have in hand/account hence I was asked to submit a duly signed blank cheque which i did.
No classes were started nor any intimation was given till 12th of May, 2022 hence I applied for withdrawal of my registration on 13th of May, 2022 as well as applied for the refund of my application fees of Rs. 26, 000
Now Madhusmita Mam is not responding to my calls and has blocked my mail id.
Mr. Gaurav from Frankfinn (ph. no.[protected] had called & asked me to write a mail and the refund shall be cleared within 5 to 7 working days.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and process my refund at the earliest.(Ticket Number of previous mail: 335852)
