I secured admission to komal prakash raul (Name of the course vis f. I. V. T) in your institute on 21/01/2020.

i would like to cancel it for the following reasons:

1) miss. Reshmi (At frankfinn ghatkoper branch) designation of her she is counsellor i went 2 time in your branch she told me to do payment asap because our class has beed started as soon as possible. She told me if something problem in our end we will refund your payment. She giving me wrong information about everything. She never ever told me about batch and location and time table of classes. I told her i m poor family i can’t afford this much amount but i try my best, that the reason i give her my saving 15000 by cheque and i give credit card that is not my name i took my auntys credit card for emi purpose that time also she not did my emi thru credit card she told me you can call customer care and do your emi which is not done because of her fault i suffering credit card monthly interest rs.3000 during lockdown how i can pay? i m not getting my sallary on time and i m the only one doing job in my family i don’t have that much money to pay your further fees. I m ifrom poor family and i can’t afford this amount and interest

2) i told her everything my job what i m doing, my job location, and my job timing and i told her i m doing job and this course now she lie me she telling me you quite the job and attend our online classes which is not possible for me because i m working terna hospital (Covid 19) hospital and this stage you know how i get pressure on my work.

So kindly make my payment refund asap name of the candidate: ms/mr komal prakash raul.
