my name is varsha choudhary and i have completed by diploma in 2019 from rajouri garden campus u3 batch reference id is 842 and till now i did't receive my single diploma and when i called to the person who done my admission she talked with me very rudely and i teacher told me that this is your mistake that you not come for asking for diploma . i am not able to understand this we paid money for this diploma and after that daily up down charges makeup and all i have completed my all modules but now they are telling me you amedius is pending and if it pending then it will be your mistake because i gave my exam but file got courrpt because of trainer or technical issue so what is my fault in this and this is the time when i need my diploma very urgently so the teachers of frankfinn blocked the contact no. and not picking up the call ..

I want my registration fee back because i'm unable to pay the whole fee and as per mrs. Simran arora (Assistant manager customer acquisition) that she will provide me education loan and took my father's documents and didn't gave me any approval of education loan.
So i'm very afraid.

I have submitted fees of 15, 800 through google pay to frankfinn insitute lucknow center for joining the classes in the month of march 2020 (1st week) but no joining document or registration confirmation given to me till date & i have been following with them to provide confirmation but they are not.

Now i am requesting to refund my entire money back to my account as due to this delay i have done admission of my niece to another college for bba at kanpur.

I am asking for refund but they are not responding & saying that they will not refund my money.

This is my hard owned money saved for my niece education, pls refund the same asap

Since 20 march 2020 im not getting emails update from frankfinn.

I had paid 15, 000 as my admission fee and I didn't attend any class. When I asked them to refund my money back they refused to do so .I come from a middle class family . I had filled the Letter and gave for refund of my money in the month of February on it's been more than one month I still didn't receive my money .

I thought maybe this will be in future turn out as my best career option but after completing my course its almost 7 months and i did not even get one single interview for airlines. I have taken admission in frankfinn in 2018 i have attended almost all modules and only 2 or 3 modules are left which i could not attend as my grandmother is suffering from cancer and i am the only one to earn in the house. After everything was sorted i went to frankfinn to rejoin, but they are asking me to take admission again and pay the full fees again which is not possible for me as i have to go to dubai in few months to work. I request you to issue me my certificate directly or allow me to rejoin and complete my remaining modules. Frankfinn people also placed me in courtyard marriot hotel when i was in the middle of my course. So i worked in this industry i have learned everything. So i will be very glad if you issue me my certificate. Or else i am thinking to take legal action because they did not tell me anything like this that you have such time limit to complete the course. But after came there i went my class but they told me you are eligible to join class. Because you didn't pay your fees. First pay then we will allow class. I want to complete my two modules at same time in two batches becuz i want to complete my modules as early as possible as i want to do further studties and i'm doing it from pune and i'm shifting to pune so i want that before i shifts to pune i have to complete it so i want ki you see towards my problem and allow me to do two modules at same time so that i can complete my course early

Myself Minnu K Sojan, who have passed out from Frankfinn kottayam on 2014 batch and my Certificate is still pending. I have given lot of calls and nobody reverted properly. I have visited noth kottayam and Ernakulam centers many times and I have never got proper reply. Mr. Sherin center head of Kottayam refuses to meet me and other guys shouted at us when we asked for our certificates. I need my certificate asap.

Dear ma'am/sir,
I faizur rahman of batch e4 had an argument with one of the staff member of frankfinn airhostess training on 7th january 2020. The staff member name is anandita
Just after my class over i was going for the punchout so before going there i checked my phone and there was my brothers and my family member missedcall so i called them at that moment and i entered the to the reception room and i was in the call then that staff member miss anandita told me to keep my phone down so i just went out from there i completed my call then she pointed me and called me and she told me that when i told you to keep down the phone why u didn't response to me. I told her that i went out it was the emergency call so i was not able to keep the phone down so we had an argument and i found a very worst and rude attitude of that her towards me. Even after knowing that my mom is in the hospital and she is serious she was looking at my face and laughing this was very bad image came infront of my eye

Apart from this i also apologize that i should not use mobile phone in the reception but when miss anandita told me to keep the phone i went out from the reception. Then she started the argument
As we have joined frankfinn to get a knowledge about service industry
Our faculty teaches us to respect other
So i think frankfinn staff should have some manners

I confronted her saying that whatever she did was unethical and not acceptable at cost. But despite that she continues to do so, and now time has come that you take cognizance of her behavior and enforce strict action against her.
I hope you take a strict action against this

I took admission in frankfinn 30sept2019. And gave it to them 15, 000rs registration fees by forcing to my poor parents who don't afford even registration fees. But i gave it to them after managing but after one day i realize i didn't afford fees and also after 1 an half month financial condition. And i went to the institute they reject it to pay back my money. Even they didn't pick my call. Sir please kindly help us to take my refund back.

Im one of the student of frankfinn which is in andheri, in the month of october i have contact the frankfinn for asking about the celebinas interview tht time they told me tht the interview for celebinas is in december n then when i have contact them again for confirmation exactly at wht date it will be in december tht particular maam told me, no i didnt told you about the interview straight away she lie, i dont understand y they cant give proper information n after tht i called her again n tht time she said it will be in february, is it something like tht upcoming interview update will be only given to existing students not to the one who have completed their course.. We all have spended almost a lakh just for this training.. At the time of admission they were so nice to us n when it comes to the interview update they are list bothers for this.. As uh know sir/maam there is no walkin interview for celebinas its only held in the institutes.. If we jave spended so much of many so we do expect some kind of response.. Tht time we were having lot of options of institute to took admission but we choosen ur institute because we have trusted ur institute and the institute member.. Till date i never receive an msg for the upcoming interview.. Its my humble request to you please let me know where there will be an celebinas interview.. This interview means alot to me..
