Her designation she is counselor. We discussed 6months course with 100% Job placements around 40k. But I haven't money on that time also I'm not capable to pay this amount but mam said that I provide you apart-time job near by also in profile the data entry Operator around 13k salary. I'm said that I have only 25words per minute, but she said that OK.job definitely conform.(that time I think I can do it with a part-time), So I applied for admission because mam said that she provide me the data entry Operator Job. I ask her if you provide me job first, but she not agreed with it than she
said how you pay I said that I have Google pay.
•She said again do you have also phone pay, or paytm, but I declined that I have only Google pay than she asks my bank account application I said that isn't have networked here, than she provides her 'mobile host pot' than I connected she filled out account details of Frankfinn Institute in my mobile bank application than I typed Pin code payment has been done.
•It's a big mistake that time I don't no about it. I pay Registration fee Amount:15, 000/-, after she gives her contact no. I sand document of Aadhar card than she said that sand also your Resume.
Then security guard take to me(A-16, 2ndFloor) students studies than Ms.Simpy Singh take to
another mam I'm not remembered her name now(perhaps her name Simian), but she is typing in her
laptop after 2minutes, I ask her she is a TV actress (on a bookcover). She replied yes. I ask her why
don't you join Frankfinn Institute. She replied I'm already in it. She asked my email address, after asks
my father no. But I'm bit silent than she types my same Mobile number after than she asked OTP from email and phonenumber. I told her than she took some signatures. I ask her in the four lines in which mention that Institute wouldn't reposeable for job, or no guarantees Job placements.
•Suddenly she change the topic show me previous page in which eligibility criteria like eyes, height, weight, etc (after) than she talked about the four lines I'm tried to say that 2times no placement guaranteed, but she also agrees with it, but she moves to another document in it mentions that100% Job assistance. We provide you as a proof, so you can show as and get it. If is any queries, then she
took some signatures from me.
•Then I go to third floor with a mam might be her name is Simpy Singh because she was told me, I am wait in cabin for so long after half an hour I hard down and wait I'm so hungry that day they took my half day I didn't eaten anything of the day than (Simian) arrived at floor after an hour, so I go to first floor again they given me myResume and Ms.Chahat mam no. Forpart-time data entry OperatorJob, so I'm contact her she told me to come in Tilk Nager I ask her in which place she not clear it, so I go to Tilk Nager than again Vishal mat than again back side of building I think It could be fraud call center than she only provided me 10k salary. If I complete19-20 files with some other criteria, also her prospective is right why would she given me if Icompleted 12to14 files isn't it benefit for her business, than I said that I think of it.
• After I contacted Ms.Tanvi I said that it's a calling profile job, but you said that I get data entry OperatorJob. I want to Refund back my regeneration Fee. She said I'm looking some where (else) than she also provides another job profile in call center I've already jobbed letter from that company. I called Ms.Tanvi in the morning asked to Refund is possible. She said isn't It, but I contact corporate head office, so ask about it. I go to her office at 11, October 2022. So, I ask her could it be possible for refund my fee she said not refundable, but I contacted again corporate head office and asks about it. You will contact me at 11o'clock asks about it.
2).Then I wait for tomorrow at 10:46 (PM), I contacted again asks about it. She denied for refundable.
Then I was go to office where (A-16, 2ndFloor), I done some signatures. In 12, October2022.So, I
asks her could it be possible for refund my fee she said isn't It, but I communicating a long hour conversation with her than Ms.Tanvi also arrived both of them around a hour, than I got the payment
recipes from Frankfinn Institute.
•I wrote an application for Fee Refund in which I wasn't written that many details. Then both of them said sign on documents you have because if Frankfinn call you, or asks documents you need to sign in Pressurising for signatures do it. If you done all the signatures in documents then told to the reception, otherwise we won't submit your application for fee refund.
•Then I contect Mr. senior sir, and asked about it. What's mention on document?
I told him: 'Frankfinn Gives
you 100% Job Assistance, once You Paid Is Non-Refundable', sir replied don't do it. Then sir
communicating with her thus, she said Refund process will be taken 60days maximum, but it will be
done with in weeks, also from Frankfinn Institute will be contact you regarding this issue refundable amount.
Now days some festivals in this month, so could be delayed. So, I wasn't sign on documents. I asks
her May I come Again, she replied no.
Now a week, but no response get from your side.
I am provide you my document and conversation with is your employee.
Kindly direct concerned to return my registration fee.

My sincerest respect to you, I'm JATIN KUMAR SHARMA, BA final year student in New Delhi and I applied for admission cancellation IN the NEXT DAY, But mam take another day and say it's not refundable than After I go again written an application for Fee Refund another mam said it would be taken 60 days maximum process. it's been a week since now Ihaven't received any fee refund as per your refund policy. I request you to please look into this matter.
I have paid the amount of ₹15000/ (Inwords)fifteen thousands as registration fee but due to
financial problems I have to cancel my addmission and Ididn't even attend a single class also I didn't tack any thing from your side also I got payment receipt after 3rd day because I applied for Refund Amount. Also I wasn't submit any documents accept Aadhar card only.
I would like to say that kindly provide my payment, or refund back to my bank Account. I belong to a middle class family ₹15000/-this amount It means alot for us..also it's my Two months salary for my hard work. Now days I'm unemployee. Ican't afford this course.
