I had taken admission in Frankfinnan but I did not join any classes because after taking admission I saw the budget and I was unable to pay the fees. That's why I got the form filled for cancellation from the center but they did not submit from online and now they are saying that it will not be canceled.i want my admission fee back i am having a lot of problem

I am Dipshikha Chutia from Dibrugarh Assam. I went to the frankfinn institute located in Guwahati Assam Ulubari just for enquiry and they they played a mind game with us to take addmission in their institute and I took the addmission with an amount 33000 like a ###. Now I have financial issues due to financial issues I am unable to attend the training so I want to cancel my addmission and asked about the refund. But they clearly
Said that there is no refund policy. Even they send all the data after taking money. I call them several times but they didn't want to talks about the refund. So now what can do 33000 is huge for us how can I give up. So please team National Complaint Resistration FORUM I request you to take action against Frankfinn institute. There is lots of students who lost their money in frankfinn institute. I request you please.

I got admission in frankfinn institute Branch Sector 34 A Chandigarh of air hostess training institute and i paid 15000 as registration fees but after that i got into financial problems as result i email them to cancel my admission and refund my registration fees and also i didn't attend a single class of frankfinn after that i got reply to my email and the reply was (we regret to inform you that fees once paid is non - refundable hence we will be unable to process the refund). My point is that i didn't attend a single class of frankfinn and also i didn't get my uniform and icard so why they are not refund my money..What are these people deducting money for? need your suggestions & also requesting you to please help me..

To refund money I have taken admission Frankfinn institute locate south ex Delhi there I deposited 15000 thousand and after that i couldn’t continue course because of my health and financial region so I want my refund please help me

With due respect to team National Complaint Resistration Forum and with a hope that my problem will solve.
I am Dipshikha Chutia from Duliajan Dibrugarh Assam and my complaint against the frankfinn institute of air hostess training Guwahati Assam. I went to Guwahati 29/08/2022 to resister my name in institute. At first they advertise very nice, perfect PPT show to us. They select me and called separately and told about the money. They have not mentioned any money before in phone calls and a mind games play with me and my parents consult, we fall into trapped of money making scum, give the Resistration fees 33000. After few days later when I have financial problems I told them that I can't join the training right now but I will join after 6 month now and I asked about the refund 33000. Then they forced me to attend and there is no refund policy and some things like this with a b bad behaviour even they did not reply my message and phone calls. It's effect my mentality. I am belong from poor family, so 33000 is huge for me.
And I see lots of students lost their money through this.
So I request to team National Complaint Resistration Forum to take some legal action against the institute and refund our amount.

I took admission in frankfinn Institute of air hostess training in kolkata a month before because they said there is an offer period which will end soon that was a lie because their is no such offer period now also the fee is same . I just attended my class for just one day. And i am not satisfied and i also have some financial issues so i decided not to continue my classes and i want my refund which I have paid 15000 during admission and 21100 as batch start feeling. Now when I am asking for my refund they are refusing to pay my fee back as I have not attended class more than once so I should get my fees refunded

Frankfinn wale addmission ke liye 100 % placement ka wada karte aur fir baad mein course pura hone ke baad jo addmission karta hai uska ata pta nahi hota inhone mere saath same fraud kiya hai yaha sach mein students ko bewakoof bante hai ye sab bolte hai joo jhoot bolte hai

I joined Frankfinn in 2019 in Salt Lake center of Kolkata. I could not complete my course because one of your official from sales wanted to take advantage of me. I had to leave as I did not know about this portal then and I could not change my center as my course was about to end. Of course, I don't have any proof and he would definitely deny it. But he was in charge of signing a certificate we were supposed to get after completing the phone no collection project. He told our batch that without his signature we won't get certificate and if anyone fails to attend even a single day during project, whole batch will suffer. Whether you believe it or not, this is what happened with me. So, please make sure to give women such responsibilities in future. It can happen to anyone at any time.

Tb hi maine decide kr liya tha ki mujhe nhi krna ..bt unhi staff ki ik mam ne aakr kaha ki swimming vgaire kr ke tum height badha skte ho...

I admission in frankfinn institute of air hostess and training in 2020so I submitted 15k advance amount due to my financial problems i adoped loan options due to some issue my loan not be process so I said please refund my amount because Sumit sir Said it will be refunded but from the past 2 year he not answerwed my call and when I drop massege in WhatsApp he block me

I am anshika from U. P. I registered for air hostess training in frankfinn in delhi South Ex.the starting fee was 15, 000. But unfortunately some financial problem came up and i requested for refund of my money to disha ma'am from june but she told me to wait for a month and refund will be processed but it's been 3 months still the refund hasn't been processed due to which I am facing so much problems I daily asked mam for the refund she daily asked me to wait till the end of the month and make up some stories . I do have proofs that she only told that if any case i can't pursue further my 15, 000 wil be refunded as soon as possible but it didn't happen I m facing some financial problem now and she every day answer me to wait till the end of the month I urgently need my money back because of some unfortunate situations I can't pursue cabin crew course further... Please refund my money as soon as possible.
