Dear sir/mam,
This letter serves as a formal request for a refund of registration and course fee that I submitted to your branch in sec-34 chandigarh. I was not able to join the course because of my personal reasons. belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me. Therefore I request you to cancel my admission and refund my registration and course fee so that I can bear with the expenses for my further education .
I have attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I have paid . I have paid the total amount of 15000/- on 14-7-22.

There's A Guy Who's Working In SouthEx Branch In Your Call Centre Who Had Called Once On My Cousin Number To Join Frankfinn Institute It's Okay It Was His Job But Later He Offered Her Job In Frankfinn Call Centre Then Again He's Texting Her Asking For Her Videos Later Ask Her Instagram Personal Details Making Her To Join Frankfinn Institute Call Center His Name Is *BABI MALLICK* And The Number He's Texting Is [protected] Kindly Solve This And Tell Him Not To Text Or Call If He Continues I Have To File A Legal Case To Frankfinn Institute

I took admission in frankfinn Institute of air hostess training in kolkata a month before because they said there is an offer period which will end soon that was a lie because their is no such offer period now also the fee is same . I just attended my class for just one day. And i am not satisfied and i also have some financial issues so i decided not to continue my classes and i want my refund which I have paid 15000 during admission and 21100 as batch start feeling. Now when I am asking for my refund they are refusing to pay my fee back as I have not attended class more than once so I should get my fees refunded

Frankfinn wale addmission ke liye 100 % placement ka wada karte aur fir baad mein course pura hone ke baad jo addmission karta hai uska ata pta nahi hota inhone mere saath same fraud kiya hai yaha sach mein students ko bewakoof bante hai ye sab bolte hai joo jhoot bolte hai

I joined Frankfinn in 2019 in Salt Lake center of Kolkata. I could not complete my course because one of your official from sales wanted to take advantage of me. I had to leave as I did not know about this portal then and I could not change my center as my course was about to end. Of course, I don't have any proof and he would definitely deny it. But he was in charge of signing a certificate we were supposed to get after completing the phone no collection project. He told our batch that without his signature we won't get certificate and if anyone fails to attend even a single day during project, whole batch will suffer. Whether you believe it or not, this is what happened with me. So, please make sure to give women such responsibilities in future. It can happen to anyone at any time.

After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 11 months skills development training course Frankfinn certificate in hospitality travel and customer services on 11, August 2022 and paid a total amount of RS. 26000.

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons and I want to continue my further studies as well as taking coaching classes.

I admission in frankfinn institute of air hostess and training in 2020so I submitted 15k advance amount due to my financial problems i adoped loan options due to some issue my loan not be process so I said please refund my amount because Sumit sir Said it will be refunded but from the past 2 year he not answerwed my call and when I drop massege in WhatsApp he block me

I am anshika from U. P. I registered for air hostess training in frankfinn in delhi South Ex.the starting fee was 15, 000. But unfortunately some financial problem came up and i requested for refund of my money to disha ma'am from june but she told me to wait for a month and refund will be processed but it's been 3 months still the refund hasn't been processed due to which I am facing so much problems I daily asked mam for the refund she daily asked me to wait till the end of the month and make up some stories . I do have proofs that she only told that if any case i can't pursue further my 15, 000 wil be refunded as soon as possible but it didn't happen I m facing some financial problem now and she every day answer me to wait till the end of the month I urgently need my money back because of some unfortunate situations I can't pursue cabin crew course further... Please refund my money as soon as possible.

They cheated the fees with me, failed my fee is 165000 and later it has to be said that you have paid late fee so apk fee plan has changed apk fee plan has been changed from 165000 to direct 127000, now they are saying that Now you will collect more fees, they are cheating a lot with me, they are going to take my extra 2000 rupees.

Ur preet vihar wala institute ma mana pura passa diya mera sister ke liya n didi ko certificate diya na hi placement diya addmission 2018-19.. what is this kind of behaviour that u want ur whole before addmission now u don't even give certificate or any kind of link form ur side even u don't even respond my email or phone call infact i call by myself to frankfin or they just simply listen my whole problem then they cut the phone... What is this behaviour...

My daughter, Ms Deepali has been given wrong admission after measuring the height at 158 mentioned in the form by the Ms. Anwesh, the recruiter of admission . Her actual height is 155cm. The Height of candidate should be 157 cm. for cabin crew. I have paid Rs. 38000/-. You are therefore requested to refund the above mentioned paid amount.
