FreeCharge — Account blocked - not able to access my money in freecharge | |||||
My freecharge account is first suspended and then blocked inspite of providing my id proof (Voter id). Written many mails but no solution to my problem. Ticket number #859321 is generated but they closed it without providing any solution. They had closed my account without giving any access to my money. After e-mailing several times and providing all the documents asked for, i am not able to log in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have transfer a amount of rs1480 to a wrong bank account but with a right bank holder name on 24th dec 2016 the transaction is showing pending but till now freecharge have not given a postive response i want my money asap my freecharge account: [protected]@gmail.com
