Freecharge.in — Amount debited from account but not refunded. | |||
I have paid my vodafone postpaid payment rajasthan through this website which site was debited amount from my bank account successfully but on the website shown transaction failure. As on dt.09/09/2015 on 5:01pm Rs.490/- payment debited from my account and when i mail on [protected]@freecharge.com then i received that within 6hrs payment refund on my account automatically but still not received and not reply on a particular mail systematically manner for the refund or contact number regarding. So when this Credited in bank account or freecharge account because full of transaction amount of Rs.490 deducted from my account. So pls do the needfull help. Was this information helpful? | |||

Till date this problem not solved only they ask your ATM details and many more and block my ATM.
Either this are fake calls or not I don't know. but please solve my this case.
