Dear Sir, I had been recharged vodafone by Rs.50 and as per offer provided Free-Charge Rs.50 cash back. But now they said NO PROMO CODE WAS USED against the oreder . But i used the promo code HI50 at the time of transaction . I sent the issue to freecharge support, but they always said that NO PROMO CODE WAS USED. I used this promocode at first recharge of my mobile number with the freecharge.in But now they do not want to give the cash back . so, my request is that please resolve this issue...

I have Bill Payment an amount of Rs 375 on 01/09/2015 Of may Idea CUG but I have not got my Bill payment confurmation and money has been deducted from my account of bank of india. Payment was done via Debit card.now 18 days gone but still not refund my money by free charge.,
