Freecharge.in — Cashback not credited | |||
Freecharge team is not honoring their T&C for order ids FCBW[protected]and FCMW[protected]. As per the T&C of the offer "25% cashback for the citibank card holders" 2 transactions of Rs 400 will get Rs 100 cashback each. The only restriction mentioned in the T&C of the offer (also attached) is there is limit of 2 transactions for a user/email/mobile number. Since these were the first 2 transactions for the user, email id and mobile number, the cashback need to be credited to the account. Whereas the same was not done. On raising the concern with the customer care, they added another condition of limit of 2 transaction for each card.I have raised the concern with the customer care multiple times and have also asked about the grievance contact details but there is no reply except for their instance on this newly added condition. I even asked for the reversal of the recharge and refund of the amount paid but they are not willing to that as well. I really feel cheated with this kind of attitude of the team. I would not recommend freecharge to anyone and would rather use paytm for the recharges. Was this information helpful? | |||
