I have paid my vodafone post paid bill through freecharge on dated of 9th MAY 2015. When I did the first transaction of Rs.400 it was successful. Then, I did 2nd transaction of same amount i.e. Rs.400 with transaction number FCMA[protected]. This time amount of Rs 400 was deducted from my citi bank account but the bill was not paid as transaction got failed on the freecharge website. Then they ask me to retry the transaction so when I did try again they charge me again with the same amount and same transaction with the same transaction No. FCMA[protected] was showing successfull now. I immediately filed complaint on their website. They provided me ticket no. 1725011 but I did not get any response from their end till now. Hv u got any solution from free charge consumer team
No response from their end. As per their consumer forum the query should be resolved within 12hr.I filed the complaint on 9th may but their is no single reply from their end.
