[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Haven't received the right benefits against my transaction | |||||
I have done a ''special recharge'' of Rs 125 yesterday of my BSNL mobile no on 10th OCT-2015 nearby at 6:16 PM which supposed to provide me 177 STD + Local Minutes +200 Mb 3G Data and 100 SMS .I am using this plan since last 6 Month but this time, "Freecharge" stupid new sw done something else and hevent provide me corresponding benefits related to the scheme. I hevent received corresponding recharge offers as committed by FreeCharge app.When I ask to refund my money, they told me to contact BSNL as the corresponding benefit is the responsibility of service provider. On the other hand, BSNL customer care representative told me that they are not lible to the commitment done by "Freecharge" people / App. I have shared the Print-screen of received service sms but nothing progressive as "Freecharge" Peoples are not bother about the customer service once they received the payment. Infact, same recharge is done successfully by "PayTM" when I have done second time. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Company contacted us over mail and first they express there un willingness to resolve the matter. Later on after 5-6 mail chains, company has provided 70 of the recharge amount as a cashback. | |||||

I have already talked 2 times with T24 customer care and they simply refused and told me that they are not responsible for any payments if made through 3rd party app or websight.
I have requested to freecharge people to provide me refund asap but they are not listining anything and sending me one computer generated mail below:-

As per the data base plans are same in our site as well as operator site.
Hence, this seems to be a miss from the operator's end. Unfortunately, the benefits transferred are not in our control, so we request to please contact your operator's customer support on this and they will help sort this out for you.

What is going on with Freecharge ??? I have done a "especial" recharge of "T24" GSM Mobile no with a value of rupee 199 morning at 11 O'clock on 16th OCT-2015 through Freecharge web sight . Recharge is done but i hevent got the corresponding benefits of 550 local and std minutes as proposed by Freecharge web sight.
It is very strange that i received a message of 1 GB data pack for 30 days. I do not required any data pack
THIS IS RIDICULOUS, WHAT IS GOING ON WITH "FREECHARGE" .
Printscreen of received service sms is already mailed to "[protected]@Freecharge.com" but they have only one computer generated reply over the matter " Please contact to service provider".Very fad up and sucking service from Freecharge side .
