Freecharge.in — Neither able to pay my mobile bill from wallet not getting refund in bank

Freecharge.in is the worst online service I am facing now. Since last month I tried to recharge my MTS Data Card and Vodafone postpaid bill. Always the money gets deducted from my bank and it gets deposited in the wallet and from there I am neither able to utilize a single rupee for bill payment nor they are refunding my money to my bank account.
