Freecharge.in — No refund after recharge failed | |||||
I tried to recharge my airtel mobile no. with freecharge application . all went fine till the payment gaateway. the payment was sucessful. i recieved a message from my bank saying 299 deducted from my account . afer that it failed and freecharge is showing recharge failed. no refund has been given to me by the bank or freecharge. please refund my money to my bank or freecharge credits. recharge amount Rs 299/- sbi bank transction no.
