Freecharge.in — Rs 3036/- Refund is still not done

Hi i am Upendra Ahire and this is regarding ORDER ID : FCDW[protected] for which i made a yearly recharge of my videocon d2h subscription and an amount of Rs 3036/- is deducted from my SBI bank account when i emailed to [protected]@freecharge.com they said it will be credited within 7 days but after 10 days also money is not credited and again i emailed them and now they are saying it will take 7-8 more days to get my refund in my bank. i am very nervous for such a feedback from freecharge. Kindly help me to get my money back. if anyone know their contact number please give me because i can't find contact number on their site. Thanks Upendra Ahire [protected] [protected]
