[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Transaction successful, balance deduced but haven't been recharged | |||
complaint/ticket number - #2009326 open at Freecharge.in. Issue is after online recharging of amount Rs. 135/- through "Freerecharge.in", amount is deducted from my bank account but mobile balance haven't been recharged. Email ID registered with FreeCharge.in is, deepen.[protected]@gmail.com. Recharged number: [protected] Order ID: FCVW[protected] Date of transaction: 27 July 2015 Recharge Amount: 135 rupees... Today 2 days are past away still amount has not been credited to mobile balance. These is too high time or not acceptable time period for any customer/user. Please do the needful.
