[Resolved] FreeCharge — My account was blocked by freecharge | |||||
This is regarding the issue that i was unable to login to my freecharge account. When i raise this issue i was told by customer care of freecharge that my account was locked and will be reactivate after providing id documents. I provide that documents to their team but still my account was in blocked stage and now even they are not reply to my mails. I have 5000 rs in my wallet. I want my money back. Now they are just new tickets every time but not working on it. Tickets are ticket # 3991063, ticket #3980838, incident 86481, incident 86618. Jul 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved My account is successfully reactivated by freecharge. Those who have same problem can use twitter... where freecharge will mostly reply if they are not replying on your mails. Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

The free charge is sucking people's money. I also need my money back from free charge. Height of fraud is going by free charge or snapdeal. Its a snapdeal firm now. And Neither of the customer care is solving the issue, I am sending mails from last 10 days.
