FreeCharge — Not receive the cash back as promised | |||||
After complaining since last 3 days and still i have not received a fair resolution, this is last time i'm giving this mail... On a month of december, i had made 2 order to foodpanda by paying through freecharge money... 1st on 9dec (Fri) 7:59 pm of amount rs.171.68 and did receive the cashback of amount rs.59 (Order id : [protected]@1_12pin1) 2nd on 17dec (Sat) 9:28 pm of amount rs.260 and did not received the cashback of amount rs.65 (Order id : [protected]@1_11pin1) As per your terms & conditions the offer is valid for twice per user, and also valid till 31st december!!! (See the picture no.3) but according to that i didn't received the cash back. I have given all the proof to prove that i didnt received the cashback for my 2nd order of a month (Order id : [protected]@1_11pin1) I have given all the pictures to prove that, but still i did not given a solution from you. Now im sending all the proofs again and request you to give me what the freecharge had promised to me, or lastly i have to give my multiple complains to consumer forum against freecharge for false promotion and promises made to consumers. And before making the payment i also did received the notification of cashback rs.75, but did not received!!!
