[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount debited from account without booking bus tickets

Hi,

I have booked tickets in Redbus.in 17th Oct 2016 and paid through freecharge; Amount got debited from my bank account and ticket is not booked. There is not toll free number for freecharge; I have sent email to [protected]@freecharge.in but i did not received any response from them.

This is really a fraud, for the first time a week ago the payment is successfull, but when we do the bigger payment, they are doing these kind of fraud.

Please help me in this regard.

As there is no confirmation from you and Travel date is today and i cannot wait for 24 hours. I have booked another tickets.

Please let me know how can i get this blocked amount.

Where is the transaction happened, no ticket is booked; where is the amount? How can you say the transaction is successful?

I have booked 2 tickets today from Freecharge; transaction is successful and amount is debited from my account. But I did not received any confirmation from Redbus or bus operator, I am feeling very bad on this.
