Sir, I was adding cash 500₹ to my freerecharge account (ID- [protected]@gmail.com) but cash is not added to my freerecharge wallet .But major problem is that amount₹400 has benn deducted from my bank account on date 19.11.16. And also my icici bank confirm me that this transaction is done successfully confirm by merchant. Transaction id is HIC[protected].

Sir please give attention to my problem and refund me as early as possible.I am sending you bank transaction details which was done with freerecharge company.

We understand your concern about the recent deduction from your bank account.

As per our records the transaction (order ID OC[protected]-[protected] was unsuccessful. We also verified the same with our payment partner & confirmed that the funds were not received at their end.

Since the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact your bank with regards to this transaction.

You can use this email as a reference for the funds not received by the merchant.
