[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount transferred from Frecharge to my ICICI bank account still not credited of Rs. 10000/-

I transferred the amount from freecharge to my ICICI Account No.[protected] on 1st January 2017 at 6:51 pm of Rs. 5000/- and 6:52pm of Rs. 5000/- totaling to the amount of Rs. 10000/-, but the amount is not yet credited.
I have sent many mails to [protected]@freecharge.com the ticket No's are 880001, 839249, 839246, 809389, 733391 with enclosure of the ICICI bank statement and screenshot of free charge account transaction details for there ready reference. but the money is still not yet credited to my bank account.
