Hi I have done BSNL BroadBand Payment on 24Dec 2016, I got confirmation from freecharge with Order Id FCYA[protected], but payment is not completed from freecharge and my BSNL BroadBand payment last date is crossed. from yesterday i am sending emails to freecharge but they have generated Ticket ID and no call back no response.
