I tried withdrawing money from Freecharge to my Kotak Bank Account on 01.03.2017 and it was pending. I have written a lot of emails to customer care and they are giving me a canned response. According to bank norms, if a transfer of IMPS fails, it will refunded to account in the same working day, But these guys are playing around.

Updated by Veeresh Rathod As soon as I posted, I am getting calls from some stupid hackers stating we are from Freecharge, and please give me Account no, CRN, Card CVV, etc. Beware guys! They are frauds!

We have refunded Rs.4, 040 to your account as FreeCharge Balance against this order, which you have successfully withdrawn to your Bank account on 07/03/2017.
