When i recharged through this app.Money deduct from tha bank but i didn't get recharge on my number .This is happened four times.when i mailed them they didn't take seriously and i didn't get any relevant response.

As I am krishna, a freecharge customer I want to say that I have 365 rupees in wallet. But the money is not using for anything. So please give me suggestions how can I transfer my money to bank.
