I tried to recharge my videocon dth but unfortunately transaction failed (Recharge failed).

Recharged date :[protected]
Recharge amount rs. 750

U have debited my recharge amount of rs. 750 from my account...
I tried so many ways by sending email to ur customer id and making calls no response. And still i didnt get my money

O please refund my amount to my bank a/c immediately. Urgent please.

Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response User have done wrong number recharge instead of customer id user enter recharge amount.

now ur doing the same mistake i made...
Freecharge Payment Technologies r u going to cheat us...
dont cheat middle or poor people money...
by seeing these 1000+ complaints its shows bad image for u Freecharge technologies plz refund my amount rs.750 immediately as soon as possible...

Updated by girl_angelic Please refund my money Its been almost a 40 days now but still u didnt revert my money rs.750 either into my bank account or in Videocon DTH balance.
u people saying that "Your transaction inputs have been forwarded to the Internal team"
and still now my issue is not cleared and without my knowledge u have closed my ticket - # 1363069, # 1418646

plz reopen my issue and refund... im totally dissatisfied..

Updated by girl_angelic R u cheating me... Its almost 5 months still ur not able to refund my money rs.750... Shall i take it as corporate theif steal.
