Your customer service is useless and there is no phone number on which you can call. You write emails and no one responds and if someone do respond after several days it is a copy paste answer different from your question. They have kept illeterate persons in there team. I have done several recharges on account and recently done transaction on irctc. Now as i was expexting a refund from irctc i came to know that my account has been suspended of no reason. Email id - [protected]@gmail.com Now how will i get my refund amount. It is a kind of cheating with customers. This company is a fraud as everyday several customers face same issue.
