[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — not able to add money

I am not able to add money in my freecharge wallet, customer care is reverting on mail that account is specious.

I had done all valid transaction till date. If company found any issue in transactions let me know what is issue.

Kindly confirm me that freecharge wallet will work or not? Because since last 7 days i am getting excuses from your team that it is technical issue etc.

If you are not able to provide service, please let me know i should close my freecharge wallet and start using paytm or phonepe an trust worthy wallets.

I think i am wasting my time on freecharge. You are not technical sound to provide service to customer.

We understand this could be an inconvenience.

We wish to reiterate that as a fraud prevention & security control measure at Freecharge, our systems have automatically disabled you from Add-Money with the card that you are trying to use now.

However, you can use netbanking to load the money.

I had not done any invalid transaction, Please let me know for which transaction you have issues.

This kind of revert to customer without any resolution fall in lack of service to customer, If my issue is not resolved without proper resolution i think i need to approch to RBI for the false practices done by freecharge.

Payment debit from bank account but in FreeCharge account it's so as processing

Hi sir, I want to delete my account. If you can't do please let me know How can I remove my transaction history. For security reason I want to remove my all old transaction data. Please update me as early as possible. I am waiting for your prompt reply.
