I got a call from free charge after sending so many complaints and raising so many tickets after that they told me to send original bill copy, i have send them all the latest 3 months bill and even i paid the arrears and and current bill amount rs760 as the electricity person told they will cut out the power if i dont pay the arrears bill amount which i paid wrongly to other consumer so i even attached the payment slip which i paid through paytm even i attached that also and send to free charge more that 2 weeks passed no reply i told them to keep in touch with me as they are not able to bother customer problmes even we had telephonic converstation and told everything regarding the problem i am facing they told to send me all the latest original bills and everything inpsite of that also no reply from 2-3 week i dont whats happening with them pls respond quickly and returned my payment rs612
Hi as per the yesterdays telphonic converstation iam attaching all latest 3 months bill copy so pls have a look and respond immediately to refund my full amount rs612 to my free charge wallet... The primary number which is my sister mounika number she is having exams phone will not be contacted so i am giving my alternate number [protected] pls call to this number only so that i can answer your queries its almost 50days passing so pls take quick action in this regard and refund my amount back to my free charge wallet [protected]@gmail.com late dake vijaya ratnam the consumer name is my father late he died in 2009... I am attaching the latest arrears bill which i paid through paytm is also attaching which i paid arrears and current month bill toogther attaching so that u will have more clarity that i am the owner of the bill... only half the amount has been settled and more rs312 did not refund i kindly request to look in to this matter and settle my remaining amount rs 312 only rs300 has been credited but i paid rs612 so requesting for balance amount i have high hope till yesterday on free charge that my amount will be returned back but i got only half the amount so requesting to look in to this matter and settle the balance amount rs312 thanks in advance
