[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund done only for one failed transaction out of three failed transactions

I had tried to pay my Reliance electricity bill amounting to Rs.1640 through the freecharge app three times (twice on 29th Jan- FCEA[protected] & FCEA[protected] and once on 31st Jan 2017-FCEA[protected]) but the transaction failed all three times and money was withdrawn from my account all three times.They send me an sms saying that the money would be refunded within 4-7 working days.After waiting for about 8 days I sent them an email and they told me that it auto refund is initiated and this process should take 5-7 bank working days.Then I waited another week and found that they still didn't refund my money into my Account.So I sent them another email and they replied and told me send my recently updated bank statement which I did.Then they told me to send the statement in PDF format and highlight the missing transaction which I did.Then after sending them multiple emails, the latest being on 17th Feb they refunded the amount of one failed transaction I.e Rs.1640 and failed to refund the amount of the remaining two failed transactions I.e Rs.1640 and Rs.1640.

They don't even have a working phone number I can call.They only deal with emails.

I request you to please intervene in this matter on my behalf and ensure that I get the refund from the remaining two failed transactions as soon as possible as I am fed up of dealing with these people.

We have checked your account and see that we have already refunded the amount Rs.1640 thrice to your bank account on 31/01/2017. Here are the bank reference number for those three transactions: 74332747031703021717378, 74332747031703021770559 and 74332747039703874856838. We would suggest you please contact your bank with the above RRN number. They should be able to trace the transaction and refund it back to your account.

We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested.

As per our records Payment Gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.1888 to your account on 16/02/2017 against the order ID FCDM170215586921806.

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, please send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.

I have added Rs.10000 on 03-Feb-17, today is 16-Feb-17, but when I want to withdraw money the message shows, ‘You cannot withdraw any amount as of now’. As per rule any money added can be withdrawn to bank after 2 days of adding

Although 13 days passed but I cannot withdraw my money, Please take necessary action so that i can get my money back.
