I didn't get my wallet money added in my account after my transaction with swiggy got cancelled. None of your customer care services are available? What sort of e-comepany does this treachery. Do you wait for your customers to call your support service and only when you find out that the customer is aware of his/her money not being in the account, only then will you take action? This is some issue i have been trying to deal for quite a long time. I have mailed, all i get from the response is "we are sorry". Bloody sorry? Take some fudging action and then you can be sorry. I am add money to my freecharge account after adding money my Account was temporary suspended. But why? Please open my Account as soon as possible

I added Rs.500 to freecharge wallet but not credited but the amount was debited from bank.Login id [protected]@gmail.com
